Lifematters is currently seeking a dedicated sales representative to drive growth in our private pay home care and care management service offerings. The individual must be experienced in identifying and establishing referral source relationships to contribute to business growth and develop a professional presence in the market. Dynamic personalities that can adjust to both professionals as well as prospective clients is needed.

Job Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To:

Identify and develop relationships and establish solid referral sources to drive growth in our numerous service lines. Typical referral sources include hospitals, assisted living facilities, rehab/nursing home facilities, physicians, amongst other community resources. Be creative!

  • Provide ongoing education as part of our sales efforts within the market.
  • Build and monitor community, customer, payer and patient perceptions of Lifematters as a high-quality provider.
  • Meet with prospective clients to educate about Lifematters' services to drive choice.

Qualifications:

  • Two years of experience in sales; experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
  • Effective communication and the ability to facilitate group presentations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, available for our customers at peak service delivery days and times.
  • Ability to work without daily supervision either on the road or in a home-office environment.
