OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR TECHNOLOGY BASED FIRM IN NORTHERN CALIFORINIA

We are currently looking to hire 2 seasoned, high energy, sales representatives who have strong lead generation skills, time management and exceptional customer service. We have a strong team with an impeccable reputation. For this unique opportunity we will only hire serious sales representatives who are HUNTERS and understand the service after the sale concept of building a client base. Candidates are expected to build relationships with our wonderful customers and prospects throughout northern California and add net new business via cold calling, B2B door knocking, telephone, and internet. We have a large base that you can upsell and obtain referrals from.

The Outside Sales Representative should be a self-starter with a previous track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development experience at multiple executive levels within an organization. The role will be primarily working with small-medium business owners and IT personnel in the Northern California region in a field sales environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Utilize a consistent sales activity process via phone and door knocking/site visits to small local businesses. Prospect, educate, qualify and sell within the assigned territory. Keep abreast of the industry and technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers. Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections. Follow the established post-sales process and consistently use CRM system to document prospect interaction ensuring efficient lead management.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

SMB sales experience preferred, specifically within the telecommunications, technology and/or data industries
1-3 years technical sales experience
Previous experience with CRM systems
Previous outside sales experience
Undergraduate degree, preferred
