Account Executive– Consultant-Fitness/Commercial Division-East Coast Remote Based (Philadelphia, Balitmore, DC preferred locations)

Position Summary

The Account Executive’s primary areas of responsibility will be to:

1.)    Support and drive our existing dealer network,

2.)    Develop new dealers for our Commercial Fitness Flooring Business

3.)    Promote our products to the Architect & Design community through education and training

 

Reports To:     Vice President, Sales – Commercial Division

 

Location:        Remote – Home Office (based near, Philadelphia, Baltimore, W.D.C.)

 

Responsibilities:

 

1.)    Be a brand ambassador for our dealer network, A&D community, flooring installers and end users

2.)    Ensure sales targets and objectives are achieved

3.)    Identifying and developing potential dealer candidates through cold calling, networking, and utilizing website tools to generate new opportunities

4.)    Developing new dealers while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing dealers and following up with key decision makers

5.)    Keeping a finger on the pulse of the industry: identifying opportunities, issues, strategies, and trends to help our business stay on the forefront of innovation

6.)    Work collaboratively with the Specification team to execute on leads

7.)    Conduct AIA “Lunch and Learns” with the A&D community

 

Requirements:

·         Proven track record of strong attention to detail

·         High level of integrity along with demonstrated ability to live out NWR’s core values of “Respect For All”, “Own               It”, and “Results Focused”

·         Proven track record of working across all levels, all duties to get the job done

·         Proven high level of performance while working independently in a fast paced, dynamic and collaborative team

·         Preferably 3-5 years of proven business to business sales experience
