For over 15 years, has been a leading online provider of nationwide training for the mortgage industry. Additionally, we provide compliance and an Education Management System for companies. Our products are required by law for a mortgage loan originator to obtain or renew a license.

We are growing and obtaining success in the industry due to:

  • New requirements: Our courses cover all state-specific requirements and these requirements are increasing.
  • New product: We have developed a new and unique product gaining significant traction in the marketplace.
  • Barriers to Entry: We invested in creating and approving over 150 courses and developing a proprietary delivery system. It is extremely difficult for new competitors to enter.

Our product is required for any mortgage loan originator to obtain a license and enter the industry as well as to renew their license each year. This means that every call is, to a certain extent, a "warm" sale.



 - Establishing new long-term relationships with companies over the phone remotely in a full-time sales position.

-  Keeping calling activity updated and using the communications and processing tools we support.

There will be some referrals and inbound calls, but the majority of your business will be based on recurring revenue from corporate relationships..



  • Ability to work from home (prior experience is a plus)
  • Relationship sales and service technique. Our culture is based around nurturing leads and not haggling for one-time sales.
  • Outstanding phone and email communication skills.


Representatives produced between $40,000 and $60,000 per year after Salary, Commission and Bonuses. Ramp up period is about 4 months.
