We are a nationwide above ground Pool Company, and we are extremely busy at this time looking for a few more experienced Outside Sales Representatives in your area. We are an industry leader in our field and have been manufacturing, selling and installing above ground pools since 1982. The sheer volume of our business during our selling season allows us to offer the best pricing, from the smallest to the largest pool -there is a budget for every home. We only do two forms of advertising -  TV commercials and Internet. Our customers are all inbound calls, and none of the Sales Representatives spend any of their money-making hour's prospecting.

This is a 100% work from home position, our Sales Agents never have to go into the office. You simply call in  to get your appointments for the next day and manage your schedule in a responsible, professional and timely manner.

The Compensation

This position is 100% commissioned and a 1099 contract. You can sign your contracts as an individual producer or with your LLC, Corp. etc. Our lead generation department works very hard to provide you with at least 2-3 (4 max) pre-approved appointments every day. If you're an average closer, you'll close at least 40-50% of every appointment you run! That's 4-6 sales per week times an average commission of $600-$800 per sale plus bonuses! With these rates, you will earn on average $2,500-$3,500 per week! That's $10K - $14K per month!

Bonus, Bonus, Bonus! At the start of the season, there is a gas bonus; in-season there is a generous bonus for self-generated referrals that you bring in and sell; and at the end of the season, there is a retention bonus based on the number of pools you sold... PLUS MORE!

The Requirements

  • Experienced in-home, high-ticket, one-call close.
  • There is a range of best-suited industries for this position from home improvement sales; D2D (security systems; cable/internet services; food companies etc); Real Estate (Listing Agents); Financial Advisors/Insurance Agents...etc. Face to face B2C, such as Time Share Sales; RV/Motor Homes Sales lots; and Car Dealerships etc. Retail is not a good fit for this position.
  • Summary: The only MUST HAVES across all industries are: 100% commissioned experience and customer facing in a 1-call close business model.
  • All new Sales Representatives attend 2.5 days of training.
  • The ability to start immediately after training.
  • This is a full-time position and requires a full-time commitment.
  • Run 2-4 appointments per day. Must have a smartphone.
  • Must have your own reliable transportation, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and SS card.
  • Will need to show proof of all the above documents.
  • Must be dependable/personable/relatable/trainable.
  • Must have an above average ability to seize the moment, and WIN BIG!
