Inside Sales Specialist – Part Time

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a part time Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for making outbound sales calls to both current and prospective customers for assigned products.

Responsibilities

  • Contact and interact with current and prospective customers via telephone and electronic means to identify the appropriate customer contacts to drive sales.
  • Meet an established quota of outbound sales calls per day.
  • Address customer needs including pricing and quotations.
  • Follow-up, document, and track all leads and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Develop proactive lead generation methods for assigned market ./ products.
  • Report on any market trends and opportunities gained from customer contact.
  • Document any customer input and present to appropriate Biodex Sales staff.
  • Become sufficiently knowledgeable and remain up-to-date on changes and developments with all assigned products.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED with some post-high school education is required, along with two to three years of specific experience making outbound sales calls. Effective sales, customer service and especially telephone technique skills are required along with proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Prior experience working with Salesforce or a CRM database is highly preferred.
