Achieve/exceed sales goals and KPI targets through fast and professional communication with incoming leads

Strategically manage and maintain our booking calendar, optimizing pricing and scheduling

Build long term customer relationships through delivery of outstanding service and superior knowledge of pop-industry (art, design, and retail)

Maintain communication with past clients to ensure repeat business on a regular basis

Diligently maintain sales reports and inquiry tracking through our CRM platforms

Support and communicate closely with our finance, marketing, and customer service team

Work as directed with professionalism, team spirit and accountability

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelors degree from a four-year university

2+ years of sales, business development, and account management experience, preferably in real estate

Broad base knowledge of the sales process from lead generation to relationship management

A desire to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Strong initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time

General/advanced understanding of current trends in the pop-up retail and short-term real estate industry

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to deal with high-profile clientele

You should be great on a computer, preferably have your own laptop and be experienced using Microsoft Office, social media apps, and data tracking software

The position is available for 20/hours per week (flexible hours) for a 3-6 month trial period; potential for full-time position with commensurate compensation package following trial period.
