Job Requirements:

  • Excellent phone presence and etiquette
  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • CRM experience a plus
  • Quiet home office space
  • High speed internet
  • Track record of sales and/or appointment setting success
  • Persistent and strategic follow up with prospects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • One year of verifiable B2B cold calling experience


Successful Business Development Specialists:

  • Dial for a minimum of five hours per day
  • Set at least two or more appointments per day
  • Make 22 to 30 dials per hour and a minimum total of 110 dials per day
