JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for initial qualification of leads and supporting the sales organization as needed in acquiring and supporting customers.

Core duties include interacting with prospects to determine if they could benefit from using the Mitra Microsampling Device and, if so, forward them to appropriate sales personnel to further develop the relationship.

To be successful as a Sales Coordinator, one must have a friendly and enthusiastic personality and have a confident demeanor.  This person must possess a strong work ethic and can respond with urgency to requests in a fast-paced work environment.

The Sales Coordinator position is an entry point to launch career into sales within Neoteryx. The career trajectory for this role would be moving into a Sales Development Associate position.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead management

  • Conduct high volume qualification of prospects via internet research, phone, and email
  • Record, update, and validate prospect responses and information in our CRM system
  • Set up appointments with the appropriate sales team members for high potential prospects
  • Navigate and prioritize inbound sales inquiries from web forms, email, and chat
  • Meticulously maintain data integrity of both new and existing contact records

Sales Support

  • Organize resources necessary to create high-quality sales presentations
  • Ensure inventory of sales presentation materials is current
  • Assist Account Executives (i.e. Microsampling Specialists) in preparing for travel to customer sites, trade shows, etc.
  • Handle the processing of quotes and orders with accuracy and timeliness

Customer Support

  • Identify and deliver best next steps or resources to assist customers
  • Respond to any online or telephone queries in absence of Account Executive
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve experience for Sales and Neoteryx customers alike

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree
  • Strong desire and commitment to start a career in medical device sales
  • 1+ years experience in sales/customer service environment a plus
  • A keenly developed competitive nature
  • Extremely energetic with a highly self-driven sense of motivation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Initiative to find the resources needed to successful in this role
  • Well-spoken over the phone; speaks clearly and with confidence
  • Problem solving skills
  • Remains calm under pressure
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Ability to Multi-Task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
