·        Maximize outbound sales revenues by selling corporate and social event opportunities and soliciting new customer relationships

·        Act as a resource on packages, pricing and facility event offerings

·        Exceed budgeted sales targets through conversion outbound phone calls and upselling sales strategies

·        Pursue monthly sales plans to maximize corporate and social market segments

·        Conduct and manage sales appointments and calls with prospective leads using in-house CRM system

·        Build and leverage strong, lasting relationships with all external guests

·        Attend and engage in weekly sales meetings

·        Book Corporate, Social, Team Building, Lock-ins, and other special events

·        Complete event contracts and negotiate multiple events

·        Attention to detail, strong organizational ability; ability to work under pressure amid distractions/ interruptions

·        Excellent customer service and employee relations skills

·        Communicate with all guests via phone and email. Take ownership of all follow up.

·        Conduct site visits and tours to sell the Big Thrill Factory Experience

·        Holds themselves accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results

·        Represent Big Thrill Factory brand with professional appearance and presentation skills

·        Work in tandem with Operations and Marketing to ensure flawless execution for events

·        Recognize core competencies of the company and make decisions to reflect those competencies



·        At least 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Restaurant, Hospitality, or Entertainment Industry

·        Working knowledge of the local market of sales opportunities and event community

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills

·        Proficient in computer software including Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and CRM

·        Detail oriented, strong organizational ability; ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

·        Solid time management, organization and prioritization skills

·        Ability to form strong and effective relationships and proven track record of increased revenue
