Sharp is seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative to join our collaborative, competitive team. Sharp is an international market leader in providing commercial and clinical contract packaging and manufacturing services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. The Inside Sales Support Representative will be responsible for a variety of sales and marketing functions, including prospecting for potential clients, sales forecasting, and carrying out marketing projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Call and email on prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline
- Work closely with the sales team to reach revenue goals.
- Respond to requests from customers, or forwards requests to appropriate member of the sales team, for information.
- Monitor key account performance, maintaining Salesforce with potential leads, and coordinate large opportunities with management
- Support field team by coordinating trade shows including booth set up, coordinating marketing materials, and event registration and payment

Qualifications Include:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing and/or inside sales experience.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; professional telephone and email communication are required.
- Marketing experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of clinical trials, research services, drug development, or IRT a plus.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Prior experience with Salesforce a plus.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
