Who we need:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Business Development & Training Associate with the drive and determination to help us expand our client base. We are looking for an individual who has a proven track-record of: hunting for new business and building a robust pipeline, building relationships with C-suite executives, utilizing a consultative sales approach to close, selling on value and is passionate about training and coaching to turn mediocre players into top performers. 

As a BD & Training Associate, you will prospect for small-to-medium size businesses in the Chicago-land area and conduct effective conversations to outline what differentiates us from our competitors and the benefits of our training and development services. Responsibilities include:
Evaluate prospects' business and sales needs and suggesting appropriate service packages.
Drive sales through effective lead generation and prospect techniques
Follow the Sandler sales training process to close business
Weekly networking in the Chicagoland suburbs
Set goals and implement weekly prospecting behaviors
Build strong pipeline within 6 months
Close business in 6 months
Deliver weekly training to groups in 6 months
Hold yourself accountable to continuously learn and grow

Minimum Skills Required:
Minimum three years direct selling experience
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software technologies and programs
Strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with clients and vendors

The Successful Candidate must be:
Professional and articulate
Interpersonally adept
Technically proficient
A relationship builder
A problem solver
History of earning a minimum of $100,000

Previous Sandler knowledge - HUGE PLUS!

First year earning potential - $80,000-$100.000

Second year and beyond - $150+++
