Neighbors Credit Union is looking for just the right Salesperson who:

  • Has demonstrated success selling the right, comprehensive investments, retirement products and wealth management solutions to members.
  • Must find new business, through various channels inside and out of the organization, selling competitive financial services in a regularly competitive market.
  • Must manage and grow the divisions current book of business through developing strategic business plans and building a strong referral network with centers of influence within the community.
  • Has demonstrated the ability to ask for the appointment, qualify for the opportunity and close business within a 2-3 call sales cycle.
  • Is a self-starter, highly motivated, set and exceeds goals, is memorable, passionate and works hard, is a team player and manages themselves to extraordinary results.

Neighbors Credit Union is a growing, non-for-profit, full-service financial institution whose mission is to provide a great member experience and contribute to the success of their clients and employees. They currently have 8 branches and 334M in total assets. This Financial Advisor must be excellent at developing relationships within the branch sales teams, attending events to build outside connections and coaching co-workers on making quality referrals to the investment division. The right consultative Financial Advisor will have an incredible opportunity to build a high growth book of business.

  • Completed Bachelors or Master’s degree
  • 2 years of Financial Advisor experience
  • 2 years of sales experience
  • Current Series 7 and 66 Securities Registration
  • Current Life and Health License
