First Community Bank is looking for just the right, experienced Salesperson who is a highly motivated, self-starter who sets and achieves goals; works well with teammates and strives for extraordinary results. The right sales candidate:

Has demonstrated success selling to C-Suite of small to medium size firms, professional service, manufacturing and retail institutions. Our target market includes companies that generate up to 20 million dollars in annual revenue

Has demonstrated ability to hunt, qualify and close their own accounts in an aggressive market with multiple competitors

Has an deep understanding of the credit process (processing, closing) and credit worthiness during the qualifying process

Has experience selling to prospects who are resistant to changing relationships and resistant to changing how they do business

If you meet or exceed these requirements, please read the following professional, educational and technical requirements:

College degree (preferred)

Have at least 5 years selling banking and commercial lending

Have experience using commercial banking and compliance internet based applications

Be proficient at using social networking; using windows based office products and maintaining an organized time management system

Outside of initial training, minimal travel is required for this position
