We are currently seeking Ford Client Specialist to join our Team! We offer competitive compensation that includes a $2,500/ month training salary for 6 months.

As a Ford Client Specialist you will perform outstanding vehicle deliveries, ensuring that the customers begin their Ford ownership experience with full knowledge of their vehicles operation. Special emphasis will be placed on educating customers and ensuring that they have a strong level of comfort with the operation of the high-tech features and functions of their new vehicle.


Ensure that each vehicle has met all pre-delivery requirements
Assess customer knowledge and priorities to personalize delivery
Program personalized settings prior to the customer delivery
Set expectations for length of delivery with each customer
Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies
Follow up with customers within one to two weeks after delivery to answer any questions
Resolve customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues
Direct customers to additional information resources
Deliver a delightful Ford experience
Train sales and service staff on key technologies
Conduct new owner clinics
Answer product questions
Troubleshoot vehicle technology features
Attend product and training courses
Keep current on all new products, features and accessories

It takes a special combination of unique traits, skills and passion to be a Ford Client Specialist. This role requires technical acumen, mastery of key product features and setting of product preferences, but it goes beyond the tactical. The best Product Concierges demonstrate the ability to teach and delight Ford customers.

Previous vehicle delivery experience is a plus

Prior sales experience plus

Self-motivated enthusiastic/career oriented presence in a team environment
Valid drivers license and good driving record
Professional appearance and work ethic
