Brief description of position

Pole To Win, a global BPO company, is currently seeking a Sales Executive focused on expanding our services in Business Process Outsourcing beyond our core industry. What makes this opportunity unique is that you will have carte blanche to take an existing, highly successful service into new market verticals with unlimited earning potential!
The primary responsibility of the Senior Sales Executive is to generate and create business leads with potential client base in the areas of ecommerce, technology, travel/leisure, health/fitness, video gaming and associated industries or other industries who can be introduced to PTWs breath of services. Must be able to build business from scratch quickly to achieve sales goals. Must understand and deliver on value of PTW solutions in order to build long lasting client relationships. The Senior Sales Executive works with various delivery managers to ensure business targets are met and excellent service is provided to our client base.
This position is perfect for an experienced, ambitious, and enthusiastic and results oriented person with a proven track record in an experienced sales role that can act independently and knows how to build client relationships and listen to client needs.

Core Responsibilities
Generate new business in new verticals
Manage a full cycle sales from lead to close
Proactively hunt for new business and build client relationships
Own and sell BPO services like Customer Care, Call Center, and Infrastructure
Work with monthly/quarterly sales and delivery targets
Partner with Directors to review complex requirements and help develop proposals pertinent to client requirements
Present proposals and negotiate with client to close business and achieve sales targets
Display superior presentation and negotiation skills in order to gain new business
Own the proposal generation dynamics and produce quotations in collaboration with the Executive, Operations and Marketing Teams
Attend/Organize trade shows, technical conferences and hackathons partnering with internal teams.
Managing technical business documents like SOW, RFP and RFI responses
Work closely with the delivery team to provide the right solution to the client
Maintain constant communication with the customer to ensure all their requirements are being met
Maintain CRM and pipeline status updates on consistent basis
Proficient in Office tools.

Requirements
A Bachelors degree plus a minimum of 7 years of B2B sales experience; a minimum of 3 years selling BPO services.
A proven track record of successfully selling large BPO deals that are worth a minimum of 10 million dollars.
An understanding of the major market trends and forces that drive opportunities and shape the industry.
Strong communication skills and the ability to consult successfully with business executives.
A history of meeting goals while working independently for global companies.
Experience presenting content with customers/clients face-to-face or by video conferencing.
Experience developing sales strategies in complex BPO services in-house or offshore.
Experience of strategic selling at corporate executive level
Knowledgeable in sales and strategic account management skills
Superior communication and ability to quickly respond to clients face to face or via video/phone/email.
Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
Excellent track record in sales with the ability to close clients
Proven territory / vertical market sales development skills with quota achievement
Excellent at generating business leads and qualifying potential leads
Positive attitude and fun personality while constantly striving to achieve results
