Ameriquest National Security provides Physical Security Solutions to a wide range of local and national clients in California, Oregon, Arizona and Texas. Ameriquest National Security provides State licensed security officers and patrol services for the commercial, financial, and industrial marketplace. The company continues to strongly grow and gain market share, and is seeking talented, energetic and motivated Business Development Associates.

Position Overview:

The Territory Sales Manager / (BDM) Business Development Manager diligently and faithfully solicits prospective customers in an endeavor to secure new sales for the Company. The Sales Manager utilizes their best efforts to develop new business opportunities and relationships to obtain new business exclusively for Company and to exclusively promote the Company's products and services.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Attend networking events and establish business relationships with potential clients

Present and sell security services to current and potential clients.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made every week

Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from sales & field activities

Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts per training provided
Log all sales activities such as calls and contacts on CRM
Meet minimum required production, calls and appointments on a weekly / monthly basis
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups
Identify, communicate to Company Managers and resolve client concerns when needed
Prepare a variety of status reports including activity, closings, follow-up, and adhere to goals
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/TRAINING

College Degree preferred
3+ years of industry (security guard services or equivalent) sales experience is preferable, or experience selling services
Military or law enforcement experience is a plus
Bilingual is a plus

COMPENSATION:

The Territory Sales Manager receives a fixed salary starting at $42,000 per year and up to 55,000 per year depending on experience and book of business. An additional commission of two percent 2% will be paid on gross sales after meeting Sales Quota. Additional Benefits will discussed and offered before employment. Two weeks paid Vacation. Paid training. Paid professional dues and subscription to professional associations and more.

COMPENSATION:

Generous base plan (salary) depending on experience and book f business - plus commission.
