Outside Sales Commercial / Industrial Plumbing & Heating Division


Unique opportunity for individuals interested in building a career with a stable, 67-year-old, mid-sized wholesale distributor of plumbing and heating supplies, pumps and water treatment equipment.

This is an outside sales position and you will be responsible for building new business, new relationships and new markets consistent with our historical competences in generating profitable repeat sales in this business unit.

Preferred Experiences: Sales or industry experience is preferred, but this we are open to individuals that present themselves with the commitment, desire and outlook to excel at their profession. Experience in at least one of the following is preferred:
Sales, service, system design or other customer-facing position in heating and/or commercial or industrial plumbing industries
Installation/service or wholesale distribution of heating or plumbing supplies
Facilities, engineering or property management department, or related maintenance field that provides working knowledge of products sold in the plumbing, heating, pumps or industrial markets
Knowledge of the markets and/or products sold in the plumbing, heating, pumps or industrial markets

Commercial/Industrial Plumbing and Heating Sales
This position will focus on forging new relationships with our traditional customer base of maintenance, engineering and facilities departments, promoting our product lines and our companys special ability to provide value beyond the mere sale of a product.

Compensation & Benefits: Qualified candidates are eligible for:
Base salary of $45-$55k+ with additional potential of $10-$15k+ (first year); additional potential of $10-15k+ on top of that in the second year; and unlimited additional potential commissions and bonuses, all depending on individual performance.
Full benefits (including 401k, short and long term disability insurance, health, dental and vision).
Car and gas allowance. Laptop and cell phone.
