A Sales Representative of Don Brown Bus Sales, Inc. is built with a hunters mentality and is responsible for the growth, and continuous development in a designated sales market. In this role, you will use your passion for building relationships by working closely with clients in the transportation industry. Your expertise in the development of new business relationships and the management of existing accounts will be the foundation for your success. Your persistence and a "no fear" attitude will be crucial to your compounding your success, as you will be cold calling prospects on the phone and in person. Here at DBBS its all about the relationship and service we can provide to our clients. This position reports to the Commercial-Transit Sales Director and is a home based position, corporate office visits as needed/requested.

What you must have

The drive to win new business
Previous Outside Sales experience
Solid understanding of Business to Business sales
Superior communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
Prior home office/ working remotely experience
Knowledge of the transportation industry is a plus, but we will train as needed
Valid license and clean driving record is required
Competent computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Positive demeanor with strong interpersonal skills; collaborative and friendly
Must have the ability and confidence to effectively interface with clients
Strong organizational skills to properly serve our clients
Ability to grasp concepts and learn quickly
Reliable, responsible and dedicated to fulfilling obligations
Ability to maintain primary office hours and availability M-F 8:00am- 5:00pm
