As the Corporate Sales Manager you are responsible for driving the outbound sales team to advance our revenue goals across all retail, eCommerce, reseller and distribution channels, as well as corporate, education, and government verticals. The primary focus will be to grow OWCs revenue and customer success via strategically executed outbound sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales management experience. There must be a strong ability to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical prospects to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Must continually be aware of competitor's activities, account history, emerging trends, etc., and understand how to create and capitalize on opportunities.

We are seeking a leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while being able to multi-task and prioritize in real time. This role requires strong sales-driven, written and verbal communication, analytical, project management, and team leadership skills.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Attain sales goals and objectives through the effective management of the daily operations of the outbound sales team.

Communicate the companys goals to ensure its strategic mission and values resonate consistently through to both employees and customers.

Provides leadership and management guidance on the delivery of key sales and marketing programs.

Accountable for product forecasting, budget control, investment measurement and the business planning process.

Produce reports to track progress and evaluate the results of departmental directives and provide regular updates to senior management.

Analyze and report any variances in performance in regard to budget.

Performs all personnel management activities for staff including recruitment, training, performance evaluation and salary management; encourages professional development through job assignments and training.

Conducts weekly meetings with all direct sales staff efficiently communicate and monitor major accounts, strategic performance goals and tactical objectives .

Manages the assigned allocation of sales territories, vertical segments, and accounts.

Motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team goals on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis.
