This role will report directly to the VP of Sales at D3, and the ideal candidate will have the skills to provide top level client interaction, knowledgeable technical engagement and world class sales performance. This role is measured on sales results and revenue generation.  The successful candidate will clearly understand from day one that they are expected to generate most of their own prospects, opportunities and leads to pursue.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years experience with lead generation, prospecting, sales engineering, and technical client engagement in a related field or other relevant experience.
  • PC Literacy and experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and on-line conferencing.
  • Proficiency in the use of technology tools used to manage and develop new and existing customers, including but not limited to computer hardware, software and online resources.
  • Experience with basic electrical, mechanical and control systems. Experience and knowledge in construction, engineering and architecture disciplines is a plus.
  • Ability to create and submit Sales Quotes, Sales Agreements, Resource Requests, Scope of Work and Order Entry documents using our proprietary quoting system.
  • Proven sales record of accomplishments and sales production
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, solid organizational planning skills and presentation skills with a crisp Business to Business image
  • Travel requirements up to 50% as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license


Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual Salary up to 85K DOE plus bonus and uncapped commission potential
  • Company contribution for employee and dependents for health, dental plan and vision.
