Looking to Trade Up We are looking for an individual that is hard working, self-motivated, with strong work ethic's and eagerness to advance within a growing company that offers a fun family atmosphere. The primary job functions of the Lead Generator/Field Representative is responsible for working as part of the Commercial and Residential Team to prospect and build a pipeline of leads as well as capture new accounts to meet business plans, monthly and yearly projections and goals.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Become educated about our company, culture, and services.
• Drive to 10+ locations in a day. Company vehicle and gas provided.
• Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with Accounts.
• Must have a flexible schedule to attend weekend and night events as scheduled.
• Maximize field time through aggressive prospecting.
• Attending weekly and bi-weekly training and meetings.
• Follow up with potential leads to set up meetings and or job walks for Management or Techs.

Qualifications and Skills

• One or more year of sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use a smartphone/tablet.
• Bilingual is a plus! But not required.
• Professional Conduct and appearance
• Self-motivated with a friendly attitude.
• Team Player
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-up abilities.

Preferred Credentials

• HVAC/PLUMBING experience a plus
• Must be highly focused on customer service
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
