Company Description: A newly founded lifestyle brand opening their first flagship retail
location on the Westside of Los Angeles in the quaint and charming chic neighborhood of
Santa Monica on Montana Avenue. This location will initially be selling a variety of imported
home decor, furniture, floral arrangements, body and skin care, women’s apparel, & jewelry.

Job Description:

• Greet, consult and educate guests and clients about artisans, product, and our brand's mission while demonstrating the highest level of customer/client service and response.
• Point of Sales System (POS) processing sales transactions, orders, exchanges, returns, gift cards, and gift wrap.
• Provide excellent communication and customer service in sales and special orders.
• Sales driven performance and incentives to increase sales productivity.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge, including features and benefits of brand and product.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions in order to achieve and exceed established sales and productivity goals.
• Report to supervising manager and support sales team on the floor and at cash wrap, merchandise and stock replenishment, annual inventory, and administrative processes.
• Customer shipping and receiving of inventory while maintaining product in stock area in an organized, tidy, and clean manner.
• Straighten and maintain store brands visual directives and displays of product to ensure brand consistency and integrity.
• Comply with the company policies and procedures.
• Provide support and flexibility during holiday season and VIP special events. A proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Cultivate emotional intelligence and maturity to promote a healthy and thriving work culture and environment for management, sales associates, and all clients and guests when shopping and in the store.
• Interior design enthusiast preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years of customer service and retail sales experience. Speciality general store, gift shop or home goods and furnishings retail preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds max and use a 3'- 6' ft step ladder.
