OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

THE DOWN LOW:

• 6 week paid training program through Seek One Academy to set you up for success (no roofing experience required)
• 1099 position with opportunities and support to make over $100k your first year
• Team trips for top performers
• Weekly team happy hours
• Monthly bonuses based on performance

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

• Prospect and cultivate relationships with homeowners through D2D
• Generate inspection reports of damages to the roof
• Explain and assist clients through the insurance claims process of receiving a brand-new roofing system
• Help homeowners with selections and project build out
• Keep up with industry market knowledge as the outside sales representative

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

• Self motivated, disciplined, accurate, and confident team-players
• Comfortable interacting face to face with clients
• Ability to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary
• Reliable transportation required
• Previous sales experience required
• Must currently reside in or around the Franklin, TN area

Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
