Medical Practice New Patient Sales & Support

The Center for Fully Functional Health is hiring experienced full-time support to coordinate the new patient journey in our state-of-the-art Functional Medicine practice and MedSpa. If you are an enthusiastic and committed sales professional with at least 3 years experience in a medical or wellness practice and a minimum of 3 years in sales, we would love to hear from you!

As New Patient Sales & Support, you will speak to prospective new patients to explain our services, schedule initial appointments, and follow up as needed. Communication takes place by phone and electronically, as you answer questions, share new patient resources, and collect payment. This position is primarily work-from-home, though you will need to be local to our Carmel, IN, practice in order to attend your initial training in person, as well as future staff meetings or events.

To succeed in this position, you will need strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and exceptional attention to detail. Sales and customer service proficiency are also a must. We are looking for an individual who enjoys connecting with people and understands that being healthy is key to a joyful, fulfilling life. Previous experience with a holistic health approach is an added plus, as are expertise with Google Drive and EMRs.

We need a confident, committed individual who enjoys an energetic work environment. That is not code for being overworked! But we keep a busy practice serving many patients, and you can expect your days to be full. Our leadership will offer consistent support, appreciation, and direction, but we never micromanage.

Please note: Although this is a WFH position that is primarily remote, you are expected to remain at your desk and be available for patient calls or messages during our normal business hours. This includes 8AM to 5PM Eastern Monday through Thursday and 8AM to 12PM Eastern on Fridays. Monday through Thursday, we recommend an hour of break time each day to use for lunch or other needs.

Compensation includes an hourly wage plus generous commission for every patient booked, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, additional performance-based bonuses, and complimentary medical care and MedSpa services.

As the first point of contact, the New Patient Sales & Support position is responsible for representing the values and mission of The Center for Fully Functional Health and creating an organized, compassionate patient experience. The relationship you build with new patients will support our practitioners in providing life-changing care.

Primary Job Goals & Responsibilities:

  • Be on time and prepared to work to the highest standard with a positive attitude
  • Approach obstacles or unexpected issues with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Learn the full patient journey and be able to offer the correct appointment packages or MedSpa services according to each patient’s needs
  • Contact new leads to conduct the vetting and booking process promptly and courteously
  • Document all communication with prospective new patient according to internal processes
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of all practice services, pricing, and marketing promotions in order to answer patient inquiries and guide their care
  • Communicate regularly with Clinicians, CFFH leadership, and other New Patient Sales & Support team members to ensure timely responses to all patient needs
  • Ensure sales conversion rates stay within target parameters, and request additional assets or support as needed for success
  • Track and report weekly bookings and cancellations according to established processes
