Now Hiring - E-Commerce B2B Wholesale Distribution Network Sales Leads Generator in Plano, TX

Applied Magnets (A small eCommerce company) is seeking a candidate with Wholesale Distributing experience with an E-Commerce/Marketing background, and who will be primarily responsible for generating medium to large B2B sales, making outbound calls, invoicing, filing, etc. Interim to these you may be asked to assist with editing, managing and maintaining product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms for various clients, as well as process incoming orders daily. Additional duties may include data entry, assisting in-house sales leads, and customer service. Job is for an hourly pay + commission on orders $100k+ (amount TBD).

Amazon FBA/FBM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities may include:

· Answer calls, make phone calls

· Create sales, invoices, file, clean, organize

· Create, post, and maintain product listing where applicable

· Process daily incoming orders from all channels for multiple clients

· Update existing product listings (Amazon and eBay)

· Update and organize customer/product profiles

· Contribute to strategy development regarding product placements, pricing, and effective optimization techniques

· Conduct online competitive research

· Manage customer communication – emails, chat, direct messages, reviews, etc.

Qualifications:

. Reliable daily transportation to and from work

· Respect for authority/boss, able to listen and do, team player and helpful when needed

. High Energy and a Positive Attitude

. Enjoys working and has a superb self-motivated work ethic, can stay busy

· Previous administrative experience

· Previous Amazon, eBay, or osCommerce LoadedCommerce shipworks Bigcommerce platform experiences

· Previous experience creating marketing materials

· Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)

· Excellent communication skills

· Professional demeanor, strong presentation skills

· Must be punctual, extremely well-organized, self-motivated, and responsible

· Highly detail oriented and has the ability to prioritize

Preferred but not required:

· Experience creating forms, tables, charts, etc. using Microsoft Office.

· Experience in graphic design

· Experience writing copy, html, SEO tools, website development/securities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
