Job Summary

Zyxel Communications, Inc., the leading supplier of networking products is looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Coordinator. The selected candidate will provide day to day administrative support to Telco Sales team.

Primary Job Functions

• Update and maintain customer database (CRM)
• Create and generate Sales Orders & Product Demos
• Handling cancellations or changes in sales orders and communicating the changes with the related departments
• Emphasizing service or product features and benefits, discussing credit terms, quoting prices, and lead-times
• Work with the Operations Team to coordinate production and shipping
• Issue RMA for repair/credit/replacements
• Generate regular reports to Management regarding sales, products and shipments
• Process Purchase Requisitions for Credit Memo rebates and so forth
• Coordinate the testing and shipping of Evaluation Products to customers
• Manage Sales Queue and distribute incoming leads
• Work closely with the sales team and provide administration support

Qualifications and Skills

• Computer literate with strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Power Point (Excel is highest priority)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or related field
• Strong attention to details
• Positive Attitude
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Able to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
• Prominent organization and time management skills
• Strong math skills and excellent verbal and communication skills
• Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed, & independent environment
• Excellent telephone sales personality skills
• Willing to work in the office in accordance with company health & safety policies
• Willing to time shift work schedule, starting early to accommodate East coast customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
