Bilingual Internal Sales Support Specialist Job Description

Position: Internal Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

Order Management:

• Manage customer orders, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and enhance customer service.
• Handle domestic and international orders in SAP from order to invoicing.
• Maintain customer communication and provide necessary information.
• Implement strategies to prevent delivery issues and keep customers informed.
• Monitor orders, shipments, and invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage inventory and provide data to support other functions.

Sales Coordination of WHS:

• Drive monthly wholesale targets by coordinating machine orders and allocations.
• Resolve WHS and dealer-to-dealer transaction concerns.
• Analyze data to support sales efforts and meet targets.
• Collaborate with sales managers to ensure target achievement.
• Handle dealer invoicing and manage company assets.

Policy & Process Management:

• Manage dealer accounts and support various departments.
• Provide sales support and training for internal teams.
• Utilize Microsoft Office for data analysis and order monitoring.
• Identify sales opportunities from backorders and inventory.

Requirements:

• Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Professional interaction with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in software tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with SAP SD module is a plus.
• Knowledge of international shipping is beneficial.
• Quick learner with a grasp of complex machinery concepts.
• Understanding of policies, processes, and product specifications.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience.
• Occasional travel, up to 5%.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
