Decovita USA Sales Support Representative – Anaheim, CA
Sales Support Representative is responsible for key account administration as well as day to day contact and assistance to our strategic account customers. Works directly with Vice President of Sales on planning and execution of customer service-related activities as they pertain to Strategic Accounts, National Accounts and select Regional Accounts.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide a variety of sales and customer support services via e-mail, phone, and direct contact.
- Proficient in QuickBooks & Microsoft Office
- Periodic travel to trade shows and customer meetings
- Coordinate & assist in all trade show activity in which Decovita exhibits.
- Compile weekly & monthly sales reports for senior leadership team.
- Complete customer satisfaction surveys and report findings/feedback
- Work with a variety of products and people simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Process inquiries, orders, and assignments quickly and efficiently.
- Daily invoice audits and freight compliance reviews.
- Reference pricing and delivery information as required.
- Respond to customer questions/complaints/requests in a prompt and positive manner.
- Set up new, and maintain existing account records
- Assist in the development of new Customer Service and Standard Operating procedures
- Assist with other office and sales functions as needed.
- Engage and assist showroom customers.
- Position will be based in our Sterling, VA distribution center and showroom.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma - Some college or business school training preferred.
- Min. 5 years’ previous work experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff members and vendors.
- Ability to function well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel periodically.
- Ability to work independently in an autonomous environment without constant direction and support.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Consistent, positive attitude.
- Professional appearance and presence.
- Background in social media marketing & e-commerce administration is a plus yet not core requirement.
