RETAIL BOUTIQUE SALES LEAD at The Cottage

Our boutique features the area's best selection of apparel, jewelry, shoes, accessories, home décor, gifts and more! We are accepting resumes for positive, energetic and hard-working individuals to join our team. Interviewing for part-time or full-time positions on the sales floor.

Candidates MUST have retail sales experience and a passion for the retail industry. Customer Service is our top priority! Candidate MUST be engaging and enthusiastic about our products. Must be dependable, punctual, hard working and have a flexible schedule. Nights and weekends are required. Retail jewelry and clothing sales experience preferred.

You will be expected to create a welcoming environment, educate customers about our products and ensure a successful shopping experience. Duties include leading team, scheduling, exceptional customer service, operating cash register, restocking inventory, merchandising products, handling special requests and various projects around the store while maintaining an organized, clean environment. We are looking for fabulous team players with growth potential.

Compensation based on experience.
