Basic Auto Sales was founded in 1976 by Mr. Kenneth Wright as a subsidiary of his Avis rent-a-car franchise. During this time, Mr. Wright was actively involved in the automotive wholesale market where he met Mr. Kory Hummer, who is well known throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia as one of the state's most successful wholesalers. While frequently conducting business together, the two developed a history of mutual respect and Mr. Wright decided to sell one of Central Virginia's most notable automobile franchises to Mr. Hummer. Since Kory has taken over ownership at Basic Auto in 2000, he has continued a trail of success and sustained growth. Basic Auto Sales now has the honor of being the exclusive provider of pre-owned vehicles to all of Virginia's state agencies! This includes selling cars, trucks, vans, and SUVs to the State Police, Department of Corrections, Department of General Services (DGS), local municipalities, boards of education, major universities and more.

**5 day work week!** **1 weekend off per month!**

Duties of the job are as follows:

• Assisting on lot customers choose the vehicle that fits their needs.
• Assisting customers with questions via phone, email and text.
• Minor duties such as helping stock in new inventory, place paperwork in vehicles etc.
• Must be able to work full time and evenings
• MUST be motivated, positive and organized
• Valid VIRGINIA State driver’s license
• Professional personal appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
• All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
