QRFS has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales representative.

We’re looking for a natural problem solver that is exceptionally detail oriented. You can juggle dozens of opportunities at the same time while keeping your customer's best interest front and center. You are a confident relationship builder known for delivering accurate and timely solutions. You are empathic, personable, and passionate. Objectives:

1. Become a fire protection product expert.

2. Turn leads into sales

3. Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls, emails, livechat, and social media inquiries.
• Solve new or repeat customer problems by offering the right products or services.
• Manage the inbound sales process – create quotes, follow up, and close the sale.
• Help existing customers by resolving issues with their account or current order (updates, tracking, returns).
• Develop relationships with existing customers, including high-value and multi-location customers.
• Record frequently asked questions in the company Knowledge Base.
• Update customer tickets with detailed notes.
• Track and report on customer satisfaction and sales metrics.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years inside sales experience, preferably in the building trades or home services market.
• Great communicator, both orally and written.
• Reliable transportation to/from Ashland, VA 23005.
