At Home Harmony seeks an Account Manager to work directly with established partners in the senior living insurance space. This role will serve as point-person for the education and marketing of our services to grow our quickly expanding patient panel.

Now that we’ve established our model, we need committed, energetic people to help us spread the word to grow our patient panel!

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a key relationship to meeting Harmony's growth objectives. You will educate and build rapport with each player associated with account, meet with referred clients, and convert them into our care model. You will be responsible for the referral conversion, workflow, and sales reporting associated with this account.

• Serve as assigned Harmony staff member for the partner account
• Execute sales strategies and goals set by the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for improving operational performance
• Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key leaders and influencers in account referral settings
• Upsell Harmony services to potential and current clients of this account for full model adoption
• Educate and answer questions for all agents associated with assigned account
• Support seamless operational workflow between sales intake and clinical client conversion
• At the direction of the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, lead distribution of regular metric reporting to account leaders and Harmony leadership team
• Share marketing feedback with VP of Sales & Marketing to improve overall operational & marketing strategy
• Keep real-time record of sales interactions utilizing our Customer Relationship Management software
• Escalate areas of concern as raised by clients, caregivers, agents, partner leadership, and other constituents

This position is offered a competitive compensation package that is commission based.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
