Wireless Support is a leading mobility solution provider to businesses nationwide & we are looking to fill a Wireless Account Manager position.

Wireless Support helps small to medium sized businesses manage all aspects of their mobile phone and tablet fleets. We were founded in 2008, reside in Chatsworth, California and serve a loyal customer base across the US. We help take the pain out of navigating the different telecom carriers, device providers, and software applications so our customers can concentrate on their core businesses.

Our account managers are our primary avenue for connecting with our customers and creating lasting relationships. They manage the ongoing service needs of customers, troubleshoot issues, and look for opportunities to upgrade customers devices and accessories. This position is full-time hourly role working from our office in Chatsworth 5 days a week.

What will you do?

• Lead in the delivery of exceptional customer service
• Develop relationships with customers and get to know their key personnel
• Learn to troubleshoot customers technical challenges with their phones, tablets, hotspots, & GPS devices utilizing Mobile Device Management (MDM) software
• Use our CRM to manage existing customers and mine for sales opportunities
• Compose emails and proposals to existing clients
• Prepare and deliver presentations to existing clients
• Sell wireless products including voice/data plans (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile), smartphones, tablets, hotspot devices and GPS tracking products to businesses nationwide
• Meet or exceed key performance objectives
• Submit and process orders
• Follow up with existing clients over the phone and obtain feedback about their experience

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience in the mobility industry and customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills via phone and email
• Strong desire and ability to influence, educate and connect customers to technology
• Strong ability to review and analyze mobility bills and break down detail orientated categories with clients.
• Proven client relationship building
• Results oriented, proactive, trouble shooter with ability to switch tasks on a moment’s notice
• Ability to conceptualize integrated solutions for business problems to help clients achieve goals
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player
• Knowledge of mobile devices, voice/data plans, and operating systems
• Strong sales skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or college degree

Compensation Structure:

This position includes a base salary plus commission and bonus. First year candidates are expected to make between $75,000-$100,000 annually. There is no commission cap/limit.

Experience:

• Customer relationship management: 1 year (Preferred)
