Now Hiring - Maintenance Client Representative/Landscape Account Manager in Bethesda, MD

Landscape Projects, Inc. is a high end, full-service, landscape design, build and maintenance firm is looking for an experienced individual to immediately join our staff as a full-time client representative/account manager.

LPI’s clients are high-end residential customers primarily in the Bethesda, Chevy Chase and NW Washington, DC area who are interested in creating beautiful gardens or renovating or improving their existing landscape. Responsibilities will include regularly visiting gardens and meeting with new and existing clients at least 4 times a year to review and assist with infill design and annuals sales, and coordinating routine and specialized maintenance services for a number of the existing 120+ maintenance clients. Work with the flower specialist on all annual flower rotations for planting beds and pots at client’s home. Other responsibilities are to ensure that contracted maintenance services are provided correctly and as scheduled.

Secondary duties will include preparing design proposals for existing and prospective clients; performing site analysis, creating base and concept plans, and developing installation proposals in Excel based on client-approved plans; managing job installations and acting as client liaison during the production phase. Help with LPI related Facebook, LinkedIn, Website, Awards, and Newsletter.

Applicants should possess excellent presentation and people skills; an ability to communicate clearly and effectively with high-end, demanding clients and other company members; knowledge of plant and hardscape materials and installation techniques is essential . Ability to speak Spanish is desirable but not required.
