Compensation: Starting at $52k annually plus commission

The Inside Sales Account Manager calls and sells to new and existing accounts. The position is primarily responsible for making phone calls, generating revenue. There are monthly targets for each Inside Sales Account Manager. A strong candidate will have a persuasive sales disposition and attentive to maintaining current accounts.

Essential Functions*

  • Sources new opportunities through follow-up and outbound calls and emails
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Research accounts generate interest
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of company products and industry trends
  • Maintain a database (Salesforce, etc.) of prospective client information
  • Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Education and Experience*

  • Associate degree
  • Sales or Marketing or Telemarketing experience
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Experience with inventory management systems and E-commerce platforms
