JOB DESCRIPTION:

Are you an energetic and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing unforgettable experiences to customers? If so, we have the perfect job for you! We are seeking a customer onboarding, retention, and experience specialist to join our team at Autumn's Gate. As a specialist, you will be crucial in boosting positive customer engagement and raising awareness about our fun-filled and first-rate horseback riding, summer camp, birthdays, and all our family fun first farm products and services.

At Autumn's Gate, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional experience for every customer, from their first interaction online to their visit to the farm and throughout their journey with us. As a customer experience specialist, you will be the face and voice of Autumn's Gate, the first point of contact, and the dedicated liaison to potential and existing clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that client needs align with our solutions and objectives and that our customers have the time of their lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and executing an effective customer onboarding and retention plan

- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance product offerings, address process issues, and provide market feedback

- Preparing and aligning customer experience strategies with marketing and sales initiatives

- Providing customers with information about new services, memberships, promotions, and products in a fun and engaging way

- Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences and relationships

- Responding to customer queries through various channels such as phone, email, social media, and in person in a timely and effective manner

- Analyzing customer feedback on our product ranges and new releases to improve our offerings continuously

- Documenting processes and logging customer interactions and issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints

- Keeping our CRM up to date and ensuring customer information is accurate

- Ensuring that everyone who visits our farm has an incredible experience!

To be successful in this role, you must be an upbeat and positive individual with a customer service-focused attitude. You should also have exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach, as well as superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. With a great organizational skill and excellent time management abilities, you will be able to work independently and with a team to create camaraderie. Moreover, having your reliable transportation will enable you to be punctual and manage your work time successfully.
