Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic In-Home Sales Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. One call close experience preferred. Company Summary: Ryze Outdoor Creations is a fast growing company dedicated to personal and professional growth for our employees and community. Objectives: - Educate on products and services to ensure the closing of a sale. - Assist on creating designs for customers to visualize their outdoor space and their needs. - Ability to work with advanced measuring technology (Moasure One) and design program (Arc-site). - Ability to navigate CRM and POS system for individualized quotes. - Communicate and schedule with our installation team. - Maintain communication with customers via follow-ups through text and phone conversations. - Maintain communication with installation team throughout the install process. - Follow-up and complete walkthrough with customer. - Invoice and close out completed jobs. - Adheres to company values and expectations. Competencies: - Ability to understand and implement product education to customers. - Must have a creative mind to present visual designs to customers. - Must have design program experience and ability to use and IPad. - Must have POS system experience. - Must have experience quoting and presenting a one call close deal. - Must have experience understanding the timeframe of project outcome. - Must be able to actively check on job sites.
