Mountain Star Salon Services, a leading distributor of professional hair care products including ABBA, Color Design, Davines, Keratin Complex, MOP, Ouidad, Phyto, Morrocanoil, Verb, American Crew and Truss, is looking for a dedicated, hard-working, committed person to build and grow an existing base of accounts. Mountain Star Salon Services supports only Professional Salons and Professional Independent Stylists. This position requires someone with extensive hands-on, business to business outside sales. Responsibilities: You will be providing our customers with relationship-based services, education and innovative hair care products of the highest quality. You will be responsible for achieving sales objectives within a territory, including opening new accounts to achieve your monthly objectives. Requirements: Must have a minimum of at least 1 year Outside Sales experience, preferably selling business to business, door to door. Sales is your Career...not a job! Excellent selling skills. The confidence to establish a new relationship and open new doors and bring in new business is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent computer skills with own personal computer/laptop A valid drivers' license, reliable car and current car insurance Compensation: We offer tremendous growth potential, with a competitive compensation package. This position would have a base pay/salary for the first year and then move to a commission structure. Bonuses, Spiffs and contests are an added plus to your compensation.
