Known for our craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service, we are committed to delivering exceptional outdoor living experiences to our clients. Position Summary Are you a highly motivated individual that loves outside sales & fulfilling a customer's dream of backyard beautification? You will be instrumental in meeting homeowners, understanding their vision, and guiding them through the exciting process of designing and building their ideal swimming pool. Projects can total 300K+ in revenue. Key Responsibilities Design & Sales Identify opportunities to grow existing business and expand our footprint in the Phoenix Metro area. * Cultivating & developing relationships with customers & home builders that have a need for outdoor lifestyle projects. * Conducting in-home consultations with customers. * Sell/design/estimate/negotiate, both remodel & new pool build projects. * Maintain & build a sales pipeline. * Utilize company CRM tools to close prospective customers. * Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. * Represent the company in a confident but selfless manner during client meetings, site visits, and community events. * Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement aligned with company values. Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience. Pool industry is a plus but not required. * Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiating skills. * Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (including Excel) and familiarity with tools such as Monday.com & Quick Books. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
