Position Summary Polestar Scottsdale is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our growing team on a commission-based structure. The ideal candidate has a passion for electric vehicles, technology, and luxury sales. You will guide customers through their entire Polestar journey -- from first contact to final delivery -- ensuring each client receives an exceptional, brand-aligned experience. Key Responsibilities * Engage with customers in the Polestar Scottsdale Space, online, and at offsite events. * Provide expert product knowledge on all Polestar vehicles, features, and technology. * Conduct test drives, vehicle demonstrations, and personalized consultations. * Manage leads through CRM systems and proactive follow-up communication. * Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. * Coordinate vehicle orders, delivery, and after-sales support with internal teams. * Represent the Polestar brand at community and marketing events. * Stay informed on EV market trends and competitor offerings. Qualifications * Proven success in automotive or luxury retail sales (EV experience strongly preferred). * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Highly motivated, self-directed, and goal-oriented. * Passion for sustainability, innovation, and customer service. * Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record required. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and special events. Compensation * Commission-Based Structure -- earnings directly tied to sales performance (high earning potential). * Performance bonuses and incentives may be available. * Opportunities for professional growth within the Polestar network.
