IT / Biotech Sales & Staffing Account Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, relationship?focused Sales & Staffing Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll build and manage client relationships, drive new business within the IT staffing space, and partner closely with our recruiting team to deliver top-tier talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow new business within the IT staffing and consulting market
  • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
  • Identify client hiring needs and collaborate with recruiters to deliver qualified IT professionals
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, onsite visits, and performance reviews
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide market insights and staffing recommendations to clients

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in IT and/or Biotech staffing sales, account management, or technical recruiting
  • Proven success in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self?motivated, goal?oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
