Jondec Painting, a well-established and highly rated painting company serving the Chicago south suburbs and Northwest Indiana for over 35 years, is seeking a motivated Business Development and Sales Representative. This role combines sales, estimating and relationship-building with the opportunity to receive inbound leads and develop new business in both residential and commercial markets.

What You'll Do:

Meet with homeowners, property managers and business owners to assess painting needs and provide professional estimates using our estimating software to create transparent, detailed and profitable proposals.

Proactively develop new business through networking, outreach and relationship-building with property managers, building owners, facility managers and HOA's.

Actively nurture client relationships post-sale to encourage future business, maintain high referral rates and collect positive reviews.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless handoff and customer satisfaction.

Represent Jondec Painting's reputation for professionalism, quality and trust.

What You'll Bring:

Proven sales and business development experience, ideally in painting, construction or related trades.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.

Comfortable with computers, CRM systems and digital estimating tools.

The ability to establish new relationships with prospects and turn them into leads.

Organized, self-driven and goal-oriented with strong follow-up skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
