Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sales and Tech Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and managing existing account relationships. You will troubleshoot hardware issues, share information on new products, enter orders, email marketing collateral and ensure that our customers have a seamless experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer management skills and have an understanding of various operating systems. Responsibilities * Provide technical and sales support for customers via phone, email, or chat. * Troubleshoot hardware issues * Assist customers with ordering products * Make outbound calls daily to existing clients * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. * Collaborate with sales team to improve customer reorder rates and experience. * Educate customers on new products, features and best practices. Experience * Proven experience in customer service, tech support or sales support roles. * Strong knowledge of computer management, including Windows operating systems. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
