Affiliate Performance Sales Representative (SMG) - Inferno Ads About Us: Sapphire Media Group(SMG) is rapidly growing, and we're looking for an innovative Affiliate Performance Sales Representative to join our team at Inferno Ads , one of SMG's fastest-growing companies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with brands, agencies, and publishers to manage digital campaigns and build strong client relationships across multiple channels. If you're a proactive, detail-oriented individual passionate about digital marketing and affiliate strategies, this is your perfect role Key Responsibilities: * Client & Campaign Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and publishers. * Proposal & Deck Creation: * Assist with creating/preparing proposals, including budget recommendations, targeting strategies, and KPIs. * Support with developing campaign plans and strategies for clients, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Team Collaboration & Event Participation: * Participate in strategy meetings and client calls. * Travel up to 10% annually for industry events and team offsites. * Analytics & Reporting: * Support the execution of digital campaigns, including paid social, display, native ads, and influencer marketing. * Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs, such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTAs (clicks, sign-ups, purchases), and other performance metrics. * Collaborate with internal teams (creative, data, paid media) to ensure alignment on all campaign elements. * Track campaign performance using analytics platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Bing, etc.). * Assist in developing and optimizing campaign strategies based on data insights. * Prepare and deliver campaign performance reports and quarterly recaps for clients. * Administrative & CRM Management: * Maintain up-to-date client records and log campaign updates in CRM systems. * Organize meeting notes, campaign changes, and recaps in a timely and structured manner. Required Skills & Experience: * or affiliate account management. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in campaign optimization. * Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, etc. * Excellent communication and project management skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. * A strong sense of urgency and a solutions-first mindset. Preferred Qualifications: * sales experience * Bachelor's degree (Preferred). * Familiarity with affiliate networks and digital marketing ecosystems. * Tech-savvy and highly organized with attention to detail. Compensation & Benefits: Company: Inferno Ads (Sapphire Media Group) Location: In-person (Scottsdale, AZ)| Job Type: Full - Hours: 40 per week | Salary: $42,000 - $45,000 annually Bonus Opportunities: Performance-based bonuses and commission pay.
