We're looking for an Account Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. You'll work closely with our Marketing Strategists, supporting client relationships, keeping projects moving, and learning the ins and outs of agency life. What You 'll Be Doing Administrative & Team Coordination * Keep client files and records organized * Review analytics and CRMs to help track performance * Collect project deliverables and prep them for clients * Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes * Draft weekly and monthly reports with guidance from the team * Help document internal processes and client SOPs Sales & Business Development Support * Research prospects, competitors, and market trends * Assist with proposals, presentations, estimates, and contracts * Track sales activity in the CRM and maintain organized files * Support follow-up on leads and prepare materials for handoffs * Draft email communications for clients on new services Project Coordination * Collaborate with internal teams to align on timelines and deliverables * Monitor deadlines and identify roadblocks early * Help track project budgets and tasks using tools like Asana or ClickUp * Prepare briefs and ensure assets are complete before review * Join client calls and update project trackers afterward Client-Facing Growth * Handle small client requests and questions * Relay client feedback and confirm resolutions are delivered * Support regular client check-ins and strategy meetings * Document communications and assist in identifying growth opportunities * Shadow account managers and start building your client relationship skills You Might Be the One If You Are: * Exceptionally organized and proactive * A great communicator, both in writing and on calls * Detail-oriented and dependable * Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and timelines Interested in growing a career in marketing and client services Bonus Points If You Have: * Marketing internship or agency experience * Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Asana * A passion for working with clients and solving creative problems Apply Now Sound like your kind of role?
