Responsibilities: * Develop and implement catering strategies to increase market share and drive business growth. * Assist in managing all aspects of catering operations, including event planning, logistics, and execution. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. * Conduct product demos to showcase catering offerings and enhance client engagement. * Collaborate with the Catering General Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored proposals. * Oversee inventory management, ensuring that all supplies are available for events. * Train and supervise catering staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. * Monitor industry trends to stay competitive in the catering market.
