Company Description On-Site $25-30/hr DOE contract term Bilingual must (speaking Korean and English) * Job Description * Manage and provide shipment information * Send sales contracts and input purchase invoices * Handle shipping and customs clearance tasks, and manage related documents * Handle claims (e.g., insurance) * Issue sales invoices and manage payment collections (e.g., advance payment processing) * Arrange marine insurance for each order * Issue sales invoices * Qualifications * 1-2 years of experience in trading, import/export, or a related field. * Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred. * Must be fluent in both Korean and English for effective communication with international clients and suppliers. * Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. dk
