Our team of AT&T Business Account Managers is dedicated to connecting customers and businesses with telecommunication products and services that enhance their everyday lives. In this AT&T Business Account Manager, you will have the chance to be a trusted advisory on affordable and reliable services. As an AT&T Business Account Manager, your responsibilities will include creating customer experiences that are meaningful by offering customized recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The AT&T Business Account Manager will understand businesses needs and only suggest what may be needed. The AT&T Business Account Manager will create a plan and guidance on all services and while managing accounts. We are looking for an AT&T Business Account Manager who is eager to help customers with all their telecommunication needs. Obligations of the Sales and Customer Service Representative: * Utilize communication and sales techniques to identify customers and businesses needs to recommend the best wireless products, plans, and services to maximize value * Provide exceptional customer service assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. * As an AT&T Business Account Manager, educate and assist customers with their wireless and internet service options available, including billing inquiries and technical support. * Meet and exceed sales metrics while maintaining high-quality customer interactions * Remain knowledgeable about the newest wireless technologies and offers * Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experiences, drive business success, and maintain a cohesive, high-performing environment * Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while problem-solving and handling objections effectively, always striving for customer satisfaction in this role Skills Needed in the Sales and Customer Service Representative: * Understand customer needs and tailoring solutions to address them with precision, ensuring a personalized service * Comfort with learning and sharing new wireless and internet technologies, staying ahead of the competition and delivering cutting-edge solutions to customers * Committed to maintaining a high level of ethics in all customer interactions, ensuring trust and credibility with every encounter as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. * Reliable transportation * Experience prior in a telecommunications, technology, retail, customer service or sales role Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In personFastTrack Strategies
