Poliform is a renowned Italian design firm specializing in high-end kitchens, custom closets, wall systems and furniture. We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator/Administrator to work part-time in our West Hollywood retail showroom. Job Description The ideal candidate will support management in overall sales efforts to sustain and drive business for the showrooms in a non-selling roll. Responsibilties will include: * Aid in curatorial and operational efforts of the showroom to make sure it is in line with official company standards. * Ongoing special project work based on showroom display rotation and calendar events. * Support with overall client needs while visiting the showrooms to help maintain a positive customer experience. * Maintain database of sellable warehouse inventory to share and support sales team with open stock items that can be sold. * Ensure sales tools are up-to-date and organized in each showroom; catalogues, fabric samples etc. Qualifications * Associates degree or higher or minimum of 3 years in an undergraduate course related to the Design Industry. * Ability to multi task and prioritize projects * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel Interested in joining our team?
